Lviv Polytechnic held a training session dedicated to quality management systems of educational services

Within the framework of the Jean Monet project, the event, which was won by the Department of Measuring Information Technologies (MIT), the ICTA, dealt with studying the European experience of implementing quality management systems for educational services.

This event aroused great interest. According to Tetiana Bubela, head of the MIT Department, 260 participants were very active, they shared the experience and acquired new important knowledge.

Among those present there were Halyna Pyryn, Deputy Head of the Department of Education of the Lviv City Council; Alla Ivanyshyn, Coordinator of the Erasmus+ Jean Monet Module project, Associate Professor at Lviv Polytechnic; Roman Shuliar, Director of the Lviv Polytechnic Center for Quality Assurance in Education, Professor Mykola Mykyichuk, Director of ICTA, who, in particular, emphasized that Lviv Polytechnic is in the top best universities of Ukraine.

At our University, everything is done to create an appropriate environment for training specialists of the highest level in many specialties, often adopting the best experience of other countries. Professor Tetiana Bubela, Alla Ivanyshyn, Professor Roman Baitsar spoke in detail about this experience.

Issues of innovation and best practices of education quality management in Europe, as well as possibilities of their implementation in Ukraine were analyzed by Yuliia Komar and Solomiia Soroka, the Webskill Programming School.

Speakers paid considerable attention to the importance of independent certification of personnel in the field of management and international management system certification. Yurii Kabakov, a certified auditor of quality management system, the Personnel Certification Body of Ukrainian Association for Quality, and Yuliia Tlusta, Director of the Certification Department, Bureau Veritas Certification, presented their reports on this topic.

The training also dealt with the European experience of training and recruitment of personnel in various industries, in particular in the automotive and energy industries, issues of the quality of educational, scientific and methodical aspects, modern management standards, etc.
