Biocides for the protection of petroleum products and materials from biological influences

Petroleum products and other materials with a high percentage of hydrocarbon can change their main operational properties due to biological influences. Thus, a high-performance biocide for the protection of petroleum products, emulsions, emulsols, paints and primers, lubricating and cooling liquids, mineral oils, equipment for water circulation systems and refinery chilling, materials and equipment at plants from biofuels was proposed.

Vibratory bin feeders provide technological operations with the various technical workpieces and parts.

The feeder bowl has a helical path on its inner or outer surface. The work pieces or parts are on the bottom of the bowl and execute a motion upward along the helical path due to vibrations.

The output parts are arranged in line with a certain orientation. The vibratory feeders allow smooth control of operation and motion of the parts of different shapes.

Thermo-Extruder for Cutting the Polymer in the Pellets Manufacturing

The extruder is designed for manufacturing the pellets by cutting the molten mass of the product in the injection molding machines.

Automatic Machine for Packing the Liquid Products

The automatic machine is designed for pre-packing and packing of the liquid and viscous products with the filling date. Products are packed into the bags made of the sealing material such as polyethylene. The automatic machine consists of packing and dosing devices. The dosage is made by the volumetric piston. The package formation, filling, sealing and date-filling processes are automated. To connect the joints we use impulse welding of the material.

Automatic Machine for Packing of the Bulk Products

The automatic machine is designed for pre-packing and packing of the powder, granular, grain food products and other bulk solids in food, chemical and other industries into the bags made of single and multi-layer sealing film. The automatic machine consists of packing and dosing devices. The dosage is volumetric. The package formation, filling, sealing and date-filling processes are automated, formation of the next bag and sealing of the previous one are simultaneous. The date-filling on the film is made by the special device, and the bags are cut from each other with edge.

Vibrating Conveyors (technological equipment)

Vibrating conveyors are used for inter-operational transportation of theworkpieces and parts. The parts oriented in a particular direction, move on the tray one by one due vibration. There is a possibility to control the parts orientation on the vibrating conveyors. They are often used as equipment installed after the hopper vibrating feeders.

Vibrating Machines of Volumetric Processing (technological equipment of dual-use)

Vibrating machines are designed for volumetric processing of the products using the abrasive materials, so that it allows removing the barbs, gates, etc. The use of filler of carbide materials strengthens the surface during the vibration processing. Products in the container can be placed in a heap or fastened to the special devices.

The machines are equipped with the vibration separators for separation of the processed parts from the processing environment.

It allows constant monitoring of the metal structures (e.g. bridges, cranes, aircraft frames, turbine blades), which are constantly effected by the different loads, and preventing the accidents.

Development of methods for optical analysis of the microstructure of metal constructions allows us to control the material condition, identify the cracks origin and warn about the preaccidental condition.
