Methods of Decreasing the Non-Uniformity of Inlet and Outlet Discharge of the Pressure Flows in Perforated Pipelines

We developed the method of calculation of the pressure distribution pipelines (DP) and pipelines-collectors (PC) laid in a fluid flow that washes them externally.

The method is based on solving the generalized differential equations of the pressure fluid flow of variable discharge.

This technique considers all geometrical parameters of DP and PC and hydrodynamic characteristics of the internal and external flows and jets, which are distributed or injected, and physical characteristics of the fluids composing these flows. It increases the accuracy of calculation of these pipelines.

Main benefits
  • calculation of the DP and PC laid in the flow of fluid or gas;
  • врахування всіх геометричних параметрів РТ й ТЗ та гідродинамічних характеристик потоків і фізичних характеристик рідин, які складають ці потоки;
  • висока точність розрахунків.
Problem solving
  • calculating the distribution pipelines and pipelines-collectors laid in the fluid flow;
  • considering the values of tilt angles of the DP and PC to horizon , and the angles between the directions of the flow in pipeline and these jets and external fluid or gas flow;
  • accurate calculations of the DP and PC; providing the determined rule for route distribution of the fluid or gas with DP and their inflow to PC.
We offer
