From October 29 to October 31, 2019, Bureau Veritas Certification Ukraine’s audit team conducted the first supervisory audit of Lviv Polytechnic National University’s quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 (certification audit was successfully completed in 2018).
The audit confirmed that:
University’s quality management system complies with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015, no inconsistencies have been identified.
The audit team concluded that Lviv Polytechnic’s quality management system meets the standards and demonstrates the system’s ability to fulfill the requirements to:
- provide services in the sphere of higher education, research and experimental development, architecture, engineering, technical testing and analysis pertaining to the field of University’s certification, policy and objectives.
Based on the results of this audit and the demonstrated state of the development and maturity of the system, the audit team believes that:
- certification of this management system has been extended.
University uses the Certification mark of Bureau Veritas in accordance with the requirements of the Bureau Veritas Certification document «Rules and Tips for the Use of Certification Marks for Services».
