The Department of Management and International Business, Lviv Polytechnic National University, within the professional education program «International Economics» of the second (master’s) level of higher education, specialty 292 «International Economic Relations», began working on the implementation of the grant program Digitale Zukunft – Digi Bridge. The parties are Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences, Germany, and Lviv Polytechnic National University.
The grant program provides for the implementation of a number of activities, among which the leading place is occupied by the involvement of students and faculty of the University in the activities of the Digi Bridge project, exchange of experiences and creation of programs for blended learning.
A meeting of the working group was held to discuss the procedure for fulfilling the task of the grant program for the optional course «Business Opportunities in Germany and Ukraine». Its participants:
- Professor Boris Bauke – responsible for the implementation of the grant program, Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences,
- Professor Liana Chernobai – responsible for the implementation of the grant program, Lviv Polytechnic National University,
- Associate Professor Khrystyna Barvinska – Program Coordinator, the University Center for International Education,
- Olena Kuziv, a fourth-year student majoring in International Economic Relations – a member of the project team at Lviv Polytechnic.
The main issues discussed at the meeting:
- coordination of terms and conditions of the optional course Business Opportunities in Germany and Ukraine with the use of distance learning technologies;
- clarification of documentary support procedures;
- determination the composition of professors involved in teaching on both sides;
- discussion of the study program for the optional course Business Opportunities in Germany and Ukraine for students from Ukraine and Germany.
A plan for the implementation of the optional course Business Opportunities in Germany and Ukraine was formed on the results of the meeting at Lviv Polytechnic National University.
