 V.Nicliborc, as graduating
student of 1922 year of Krakow university, fell to
labour in Lviv by assistant of Lviv polytechnic school, over 2 years got in University a philosophy doctor degree,
in 1927 year - gabilitation from mathematics in University
and in 1931 y. is gabilitation from theoretical mechanics
in Polytechnic school. From 1937 before Second world
war begin worked as extraordinary mathematics professor of Warshava Polytechnic school. After reversion at the
end of 1939 y. to Lviv it managed
by mathematics chair in Polytechnic school and after completion of war fell to its momentary
labour in University. At the end of 1945 year after
transition to Polish stood by usual mathematics professor of Warshava university however 1 march 1948 y. brought off life by suicide. For testimony of that mechanics,
which listened to his lecture in Politechnika, was it by wonderful lecturer. His scientific personal interest by
problems of classic mathematical analysis, theoretical mechanics (task of three bodies) and hydromechanics reflected
in 25 scientific labour. To regret long searches of his photography nor in Lviv, nor in all possible Polish archives
do not crown success. Was kept only a friendly cartoon of polish mathematicians, which in 1946 y. on mathematical congress in Wroclaw did Jesmanovich L. and on base
of which then was created and brought here the image of professor Nicliborc V. |
